We always make sure that our digital solutions follow accessibility best practices by following the principles of universal design. This ensures that our website and apps are flexible and adaptable to different users’ needs or preferences and are accessible through a variety of different technologies, including mobile devices or assistive technologies.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines 3 levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our digital solutions are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We continuously work towards conforming to all level AA criteria.
